LMCS SIG/ETA/Joint conference

At the Aberdeen conference, ETAI asked whether we would be willing to collaborate on a conference in Israel, probably in July 2009. They have good contacts with Amos Oz and think he would be willing to come and address the conference as a plenary speaker. They are now discussing internally whether they wish their international conference to have an LMCS theme or whether this would be of interest only to a small part of their audience.
