Anyone looking for poetry on the Web will find The Poetry Society www.poetrysociety.org.uk a good place to start, says former Poetry Review editor Peter Forbes in The Guardian. It is a huge resource with many good links.

Looking for individual poets, you can type their name directly into your search engine, but Forbes recommends some individual sites, too: www.simonarmitage.co.uk , www.ibbiiblio.org/dykki/poetry/heaney/ heaney-cov.html for Seamus Heaney and www.uktouring.org.uk/rogermcgough for Roger McGough.
